July 10, 2001 We turned our application in to the Utah State Board of
Education at 1:00 P.M. The Alpine School Board sent us a courtesy letter
several weeks ago informing us know that they would be denying our application
at the beginning of July. They said they will not have their charter school
requirements drafted until August.
July 6, 2001 Deseret News article - We received the Deseret News on
our doorstep today. We thought it was a mistake until we opened it to find
this article about Charter Schools. Thanks to the anonymous neighbor who left it for us.
